We are fully insured and guarantee all work. Our insurance enables us to carry out work for the customer who may have problems with spillages over their carpet. We will come out to the customer, see if the stain can be removed and put in an insurance quote to customer's insurance company for the work to be done by us. Once the insurance has accepted the quote, either by phone or other communication, we will carry out the work. The customer will then pay us and claim the money back from their insurance company.
